How often can milk be delivered?

Milk can usually be delivered on the same days as your fruit deliveries. Delivery frequency can be:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Fortnightly (where available)
• Monthly (where available)

Your Account Manager can advise the best schedule for your business.

Can I change my milk order?

Yes. If you'd like to increase, reduce or change the type of milk you receive, simply contact your Account Manager or submit a request through the customer portal (if available).

Please provide as much notice as possible to allow us to process the change before your next delivery.

I'm running out of milk. Can I place an extra order?

In many areas, yes. Contact our team and we'll do our best to arrange an additional delivery, subject to your delivery schedule and location.

How should milk be stored?

Milk should be refrigerated immediately on delivery and kept below 5°C. Always check the use-by date and consume before it expires.

What if my milk arrives damaged or is missing?

If any milk is damaged, leaking or missing from your order, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or credit where appropriate.

Do you supply milk for large offices?

Yes. We supply businesses of all sizes, from small offices to large corporate workplaces. If your consumption changes, we can adjust your order to match your requirements.
