We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your account with us. To cancel your subscription with us, you need to get in touch with us by clicking here or via the CRM.

You cannot cancel your account over the phone and this must be in writing.

Please note, submitting a cancellation request does not constitute an immediate termination.

• Equivalent of 19 baskets or fewer per week (or equivalent value):
  Cancellation takes effect at the end of the following month.
• Equivalent of 20 baskets or more per week (or equivalent value):
  Cancellation takes effect at the start of the following month, with delivery and billing continuing for a further two months.

As part of our Terms & Conditions, you cannot make amendments, pauses or reductions during your notice period.
